Yes and no.

The research design was reasonable and objective.

An overwhelming percentage (I forget exactly what--95+%, IIRC) of the subjects were exclusively HETEROsexual. Many of them had active female partnerships that they were actively sexual in. They could have been otherwise as there was no social negatives attached to homosexuality in their cohorts (age groups). However, they did NOT have a homosexual attraction nor any homosexual behavior. So a lot of the macho blather on this thread is just that--uninformed blather to rationalize their (evidently avoidant attachment style, fear-based) hostility to the research findings.

A lot of the homosexuals are self-loathing and project that hatred of themselves onto normal people -- hence the neologism "homophobia".

Like "racism" "sexism" and the "ism" of the day, it is used by the autofellatory superciliously fatuitous crowd as a cudgel, to beat their superiors, and normative culture, into submission with.

In fact, it sounds like Vox Day's 2nd Law.

SJWs always *project*.

I guess you could say it's the "argument from ignorance" ... "never heard of such a thing" ... Speaking for myself, I've never heard of such a thing.
