DACA was totally unconstitutional, not law, no precedent for it. All it had to do was be rescinded.
As for these "kids," they have not done the leg-work necessary to become legal U.S. citizens. They could have easily went back to their home country and filled out papers.
They all need to go back. No such thing as a "bipartisan compromise," because that bipartisanship will get destroyed when the Left sic the courts on the decision.
No, I'm defining it. I wouldn't include kids who are still kids, or were brought here as older children or teens. They can go back. Either they are at home in their country, or are still young enough to go back and adjust. They must be adults who were brought here as small children, and their parents don't get to stay. And they would still have to go through naturalization, no instant citizenship. Of course the Dems don't mean anything like that when they talk about "bipartisan compromise, and would never accept a real compromise like mine.
