I think Trump has “Arafated” the dems. Remember when Clinton offered the Palestinian everything he wanted but Arafat turned it down? Trump knows they cannot accept this “deal” without jeopardizing their funding stream, but by refusing it they expose themselves as not really caring to the rest of the voters.
Trump wins again.
My guess is that The President KNEW the dems would reject his deal offer, but now he has the high ground and the dems are forced into explaining why they are rejecting it.
There is very little from Trump that the left HASN’T rejected.
This should not be a headline to any story...it’s the norm.
The democrats do not want the Republicans to get the credit for insuring the Dreamers a rite to citizenship because they are afraid that some of them might be inclined to vote Republican in the future which goes against what they are trying to accomplish. They want the Dreamers as a voter base, period. That is what this is all about.
