Brilliant analysis except for the later part....His faith in Sessions and some of the FBI.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The DOJ is a large wooden barrrel. AG Jeff Sessions is a bung in the barrels bunghole.

What we need is a spile, and there is none on the horizon that we can see. Now if Rudy Giuliani were to replace the current bung in its bung hole, we would drain that barrel overnight of every racketeer at he DOJ , using the RICO federal statute.

But the President has been counseled to leave the DOJ be. Big mistake.

“Brilliant analysis except for the later part....His faith in Sessions and some of the FBI.”

I understand why you feel this way, and I personally don’t know what to think about Sessions as AG at this point, but I think the FBI might be a different kettle of fish. There is now blood in the water at the FBI, and even if the good and decent employees might not have the power to change the leadership, there are most definitely sharks there who will take advantage of the blood in the water. Change will come, but will take longer than your scenario (e.g. having someone like Giuliani use RICO to clean it up), which I like better.

If there was anything earth-shattering with this “memo” it would have been released/leaked already. We are being played.

There will be no prosecutions of any Deep State lizards.

The “rule of law” is as dead as a hammer and it’s been dead for a long time.

Travis, that’s a beautiful RICO chart. Where are the Paladins at the FBI to roll up this ring of racketeers? Or will US Marine military intelligence services be required to do it in order to protect the Presidency, the US Marines have a continuing mission to protect the Presidency and have a constitutional way to get it done.

One huge thing I see missing from what coverage there is on this, even from conservative pundits, is the famous phrase, “What did the president know and when did he know it.” During Watergate, the “press” couldn’t stop saying it. You can’t tell me Zero didn’t know about this. I heard ONCE someone say it was in the daily briefing.

25 years is a long time to “patiently” await justice for the Clintons and their minions.

no controlling legal authority

This was the crown jewel of the Clintons’ work: discovering where in the US and law that there is no controlling legal authority, the place where you can commit any crime you wish and get clean away with it.

If this can clearly be shown as a coup attempt by those within the government, would the content of this document then come into play (https://scholarship.law.berkeley.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?referer=https://www.google.com/&httpsredir=1&article=3967&context=californialawreview ) ? -

Particularly I’m asking about this part:

Ordinarily in our history
this jurisdiction has been exercised on foreign soil, during a formally
declared war; but “when the regular course of justice is interrupted
by revolt, rebellion, or insurrection, so that the Courts of Justice
cannot be kept open, ciil war exists and hostilities may be prosecuted
on the same footing as if those opposing the government were
foreign enemies invading the land.””’ The courts are bound by
the determination of the President that civil war exists.” 7
“Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under
the authority of the hostile army.””48

Love this guy!! I don’t want to spend hours researching and studying cryptic tweets to figure out if I do or do not need to drink my Ovaltine!!

I was told yesterday that references to drinking one's Ovaltine were juvenile and snarky.

I responded, no, they were juvenile, just snarky. I also responded that getting sucked into these cryptic posts was the same thing as Ralphie coveting the Little Orphan Annie decoder and there's going to be massive disappointment when it finally comes to light that all these posts have been nothing but a hoax to see who can get sucked into them.

Eventually we'll see who's right, I'm just somewhat amused at how much faith is being placed into these posts by what I've considered to otherwise be highly intelligent and thoughtful Freepers.

I just finished Kilmeade’s Andrew Jackson and the Miracle of New Orleans. So my dander is already up!

By the way thanks for the e-books during the free period I loaded them all on my Fire Tablet!

I exchanged post yesterday over this subject. We did at least keep it civil.

My point was that plain speak would be far more effective and the cryptic deliverance to me actually raised more doubt on the messages contains than giving them credence.

GMTA. That's exactly where I'm at.

My post yesterday which was simply "REMEMBERTODRINKYOUROVALTINE" received several responses via Freepmail and publicly, none of which were good.

Perhaps I'm just too old (55) and have been around here too long (almost 20 years now) as I remember a more thoughtful, analytical and skeptical crowd here "back in the day." The focus on decoding these posts/messages is more like soap opera than it is the thoughtful, analytical and healthy skepticism we used to have here.

That I see what I consider to be among FR's more thoughtful and critical thinking posters caught up in all this just has me shaking my head.

Doesn't diminish the fact that I think they're otherwise really good posters, just surprised they're getting caught up in this is all.

As I said, maybe I'm just old and have been around here too long. Maybe time is passing me by and the world has changed while I have not.

You're far too kind. I lack the patience and the time for the most part. I think we live in a much more polarized world today than we did 10 and 20 years ago and people would rather live in their own echo chambers that reinforce their narrow world views than allow external opinions and dare I say FACTS alter them.

We as a country have largely lost our critical thinking ability, to me that's demonstrated anytime I turn on the idiot box (TV) in my house. This IMO is the core reason our country is in the shape it's in. Well, that and "social media" like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and others where people can pop off and say the first thing they think of making it available for all the world to see, without thinking about it first.

I personally would love to see Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and the rest of those "services" just disappear one night and never return. In most cases, people would never say directly (face to face) the things they say on those services and back in my day, if they did they'd likely get a well deserved good punch in the mouth for doing so.

As I said, I'm old. Perhaps I'm just "getting too old for thi sh*t" as Danny Glover said in Lethal Weapon.

Oh, and get off my lawn!

Keep up the Good Work.

To be honest, much of my posting here is to clarify my own thoughts by putting them in writing. Sometimes it is fun to see how stupid people are.

But this is a classroom and you are the teacher. Lots of responsibility with being older and maybe wiser.................
