He does not look Hispanic. Maybe his adoptive parents were Hispanic.

Hispanic technically isn't a race even though we associate it with Mexicans, almost all of whom we see are part Indian.

All the white ones stay in Mexico where they run everything and appear in all the soap operas.

He was adopted by parents who had a Hispanic surname. There's no reason to believe he himself is Hispanic...
