I can't buy that tidbit. The increase is probably from counties like Wayne and Macomb where the gun boards denied permits on a fairly regular basis.

Those who were denied then subsequently were approved when the boards were abolished, probably were Trump voters already.

I still maintain that ANY licensing or permit requirement is a violation of our God-given rights. If you have to beg government permission it stops being a right. What part of “shall not be infringed” is so confusing to them?
