An unstable honky guy’s family calls up the cops, “Our boy might just go and shoot up YouTube —he’s pissed as hell over getting de-monitized..!”
The cops contact the guy at 2 am, sleeping in his car within a couple miles of YouTube:
NO ARREST..?

There was only so much the police could have done, even though they found her in the car. I may have helped had they questioned her in a detailed manner, but the truly psychotic are able to lie convincingly enough to look sane and sound reasonable.
My sympathies for the people shot and the family of this woman. No parent (in the American culture) expects their daughter is going to end up in this manner.
She comes across as obsessive, self centered and entitled.
YouTube does not have to allow your posts to make money Be it fair or not fair, they are a private company.
