Will be struck down by SCOTUS, assuming they take up any case filed by the executive branch. The problem is, how to stop these district court a$$wipes from issuing decisions that go against black-letter law.

It already went to SCOTUS on an emergency basis a few months back. They said it had to go through the lower courts first.

Easy solution to the problem. The Executive Branch should just ignore the ruling and tell the judge to enforce it.
