What is the Proper Role of Federal Government? The proper role of the Federal Government is to protect the people's rights, not grant them, not regulate them, but rather to protect inherent rights and protect from fraud.
There is no other proper role for the Federal Government. The Constitution does not empower the Federal Government to legislate feeding you, clothing you, sheltering you, or educating you.
