Mr. Blas lives now in his hometown of San Miguel de Allende And he's COMPLAINING?? I've been there. It's one of the most beautiful places in all Mexico.

He's complaining because unlike California, in Mexico food, housing, cell phones, and medical care aren't free for little amigos. And he loses his "special status" as a protected invader "immigrant".
