Thanks for the! Since becoming more conservative some people treat me like I have a debilitating disease. I am one he of the many Democrat women who flipped and voted for Trump. The hate out there for Trump voters is astounding & frightening. Any lingering notion that the left was the party of free speech is long gone after this past election is GONE.

That's because the dem party has moved back to the party of "progressives," hearkening back to the time of Teddy Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson.

The term "progressive" is misleading, as the only thing that progresses is the power and control of government over individual rights.

Many of the dem leadership is at the very least "progressive," but far too many have views and policies that are outright Stalinist.
