They have to be processed to see if they are repeat offenders. The first time is a misdemeanor. The second time you are committing a FELONY! Also until this stupid policy of letting asylum seekers in no questions asked ends, it's better to ship them to a defunct military base than into the mainstream of America.

Another side benefit is the immigration attorneys that defend these invaders will have to leave their cushy life and travel to a remote location upsetting their little system.
