The decision of 5/4 was very telling. One thing a judge is supposed to consider regarding constitutional and administrative issues is the benefit (or damage) to the American public. Evidently, the four dissenting liberal judges on the court completely overlooked this responsibility. The vote should have been 9/0.

The 4 Liberal judges, like every other Democrat party clown, always put the Party’s political agenda 1st. They are entirely too infantile and stupid to consider anything but what their party masters tell them.

What?

SCOTUS has a role...to interpret challenged legislation passed by the Congress in terms of compliance with the US Constitution. Anything beyond that is ‘legislating from the bench’.
I don’t believe “benefit (or damage) to the American public” should be playing ANY role.

Of course, I’ll defer to the fine legal minds here, on FR, though.
