How is the judge correct in his expected final dismissal? The language of the statute is clear. Even though the law was flouted when Jerry Brown became AG, that doesn’t mean that the law is invalidated by a bad precedent.

When he left Congress to take the Cali AG job, Becerra made sure his DC staff came with him.....to keep an eye on them should they get the urge to talk. He made sure they had high tax-paid employment under his watchful eye.....just as long as they promised never to go near the DC cocktail circuit. (smirk)
