Seriously? How about all, or at least most of the time? Response time is one of the greatest arguments - aside from the 2nd Amendment itself - for arming citizens.

Picture the physics of a 120lbs woman swinging a tub of cat litter 1/6th of her body weight hard enough and fast enough to throw a 16 year old teenager off.
