Grassley should call the vote early next week and get this resolved the next phase or Trump should pull the nomination. The longer this sits the more dirt the liberal media will sling real or otherwise, and the worse his chances get.

If the name is pulled at this time, you won’t see another judge confirmed to SCOTUS during Trump’s term/s. There are plenty more accusers out there to malign the other judges. And being a woman won’t help during the SCOTUS confirmation hearings as the goal is to keep ANY conservative judge from making it to SCOTUS. If the Dems win this battle then we’ve just allowed them to set the plan for the entire War against the Western Justice System.

Why would she call the FBI? It wouldn't be a matter for the federal authorities but for the local police...which she didn't call either.
I thought that police complaint issues involving MINORS (high school students) were strictly CONFIDENTIAL with no disclosure to the public without COURT approval?
Everything she and the RATS did were scheming to derail this nomination.

I believe the matter never happened based on all the current information we have. Dr Ford afterall, was a promiscuous tart as a teenager. Her credibility is extremely low in this matter.
I believe that the FBI was already involved in doing vetting on this appointment, so this would be an extension of that vetting. A lot less reporting to police was done 30 or more years ago as women were usually slut shamed when they did. Of course, reporting is normally done to local police not FBI unless kidnapping is involved. Prior to 30 years ago I had one rape, one child molestation reported to my mother at age 7, and two attempted rapes. Only the actual rape was reported to police.
