Note in the background over the Trump figure’s left shoulder-— it is “Silent” Calvin Coolidge! Who tried to reverse Wilson’s nightmare double whammy— creation of the Federal Reserve Bank and the extensive Federal Income Tax. WWII brought the concept of “withholding” of income to the fedgov to “pay for the war”. Withholding was NEVER removed after the war. It would have changed much of what the general electorate would do and react to regarding their finances—if it had been returned. All money does not BELONG to the fedgov or more precisely the “promissory notes” that belong to the private bank... the Federal Reserve.

Good point

Maybe in term 2, nullify the 16th amendment and eliminate the fed.

And over George HW Bush's shoulder, you can see General Grant in his classic pose, leaning against the pole ...

And... from right to left in the background, starting with Coolidge it is

Harding, Hoover, Taft, Garfield(or Hayes), Hayes(or Garfield) Chester Arthur, perhaps Andrew Johnson, and... Grant.

This is tableau like the last scene in “Titanic” the “shades in the background—ghosts”.
