I would wait until more information comes out.

She may have been drowsy, she may have been mentally distracted and just had a brain cramp. If she was texting though, I view that the same as drunk driving.

For her sake, I hope it isn’t that. Can’t do much for the kids or their families now.

If it was only a few minutes after sunrise, it wouldn’t be completely dark I would think...it would be nearly completely light IMO.

I can think of additional things, windshield fogged or iced and not clear (who of us hasn’t driven like that) and so on.
