When did this happen? I thought it was moving forward.

No they wouldn’t combined with the cost of rail being $15 they will lose money to produce it....

Nope. Even if the Keystone should be built not much Canadian oil would flow through it. US Frackers are kicking butt.

Not only would they lose money to produce and ship it.... eventually they would have to begin doing write-downs on the value of their reserves.
