Can you share more details? Does that mean 3 old guys are sitting waiting for the next dem gov so they can retire? Or can Desantis name 3?

There’s three vacancies on the court currently. Desantis will nominate all of them when he wins.

Desantis can name 3.
The Florida supreme court ruled that Scott couldn’t name the 3 replacements before he left. It was left up to the new governor.
