Funny how Dean Martin’s music is so relevant in these times. The holiday Heineken commercial that features the decadent, dysfunctional American family to the tune “ You are nobody until somebody loves you” is another example that the less than exemplary Dean Martin knew and reached an audience that has grown and expanded considerably.

These are the same people (well probably not because they would be too old) that would have skewered the religious people of the 50s and 60s that would have been opposed to this song.
I was born in 58 and thought that anything before rock was foggy music...with the exception of Dino. Dino was clearly cool even to my 10 year old eyes.
