Sears could have leveraged their catalog into an Amazon killer.
To this day, though, their website is horrible. They should sue whoever has been developing it.
read a article today on FR about the former college room mate of Mnuchin ,Eddie Lampert, who has been chairman of the board and made decisions that enriched himself and lost money for Sears. Anyone else see it?
In the ‘80s we built two houses in Alaska. All of our major appliances were ordered through the Sears catalog. Since they did away with the catalog I lost interest in Sears.
