I agree. But you’ll notice that even the second still stands pretty solid. Fact is that I DO have a lot more firepower than our founders did, and in my state I can carry it with me. You will be able to in states that restrict it once someone fights it to the supreme court.

The assault on our 1st amendment - something Sharia law needs to do - is alive. The concept of “hate speech” is an attempt to equate speech that offends others to “yelling fire in a crowded theater”.
