I am a woman and I agree with Grayfox about the botox nutcase trying to stop the wall. Women are NOT immune from criticism simply because they are women. People who take offense when someone speaks the truth are supporting the nutcases and their anti-American rhetoric AND ACTIONS. This FREEPER stands with GRAYFOX on his very apt description of Pelosi.
You folks realize the Democrats & their biased media is scared to death over this voluntary American citizen “GoFundMe/TheTrumpWall” campaign.
They will do everything in their power to try to stop and destroy this effort to fund the Southern Border Wall from really birthing, which is what it is doing right now......really moving forward at stunning speed with incoming donations.
Why are the Democrats so terrified? Because if we, the American people get five or ten million, or maybe even twenty to thirty million people or, more. to contribute, the Democrat Party dies politically. Folks...get with the program and see how fast Pelosi & Schumer comes to the table to talk about financing the Border Wall.

The fund for the wall is excellent and gaining support. One plan is to use the $20 million for a quick wall on a private space and then show others how easily, quickly and cheaply it was built. It is like Fed Ex teaching USPS how to deliver the mail. The Go Fund Me group will teach the government how to build a wall.
I hope 100 other companies start raising money and building walls. Very cool.

It was covered extensively by the cable news networks and floated around Facebook. What additional exposure would it need?
You forget that the money was a barometer of the true depth of support. If the building of the wall THAT important, there would have been the 100 dollars per Trump voter needed to fund the wall. Only 100 bucks per vote and the wall is funded. That’s a month of dining out, coffee in the morning or some other non essential part of someone’s budget that could have been dedicated. Of course, some could easily support more, others less. But on average, 100 dollars per Trump vote. It wasn’t that important to them.
News is not the same as a true marketing campaign. Yes being in the news for a day or two pushes it, but that’s not the same as a sustained marketing campaign. And 20 million plus in 3-4 weeks with no active marketing campaign is damned impressive.
I just “opted in” to have my previous donation go to the entity that will manage it as a true private effort - donations still showing up every minute or so.

The best marketing? Word of mouth. Those news shows, talk radio, forum discussions and person to person word of mouth should have done it? How much did you give?

You conveniently forget that the fund to build the wall IS NOT OVER by a long shot. Some people who are ardent supporters of the wall and president Trump were not able to make a donation over the Christmas holidays due to end of year expenses. My own donations are spread out over the next couple of months due to extreme and unusual expenses I encountered over the last 60 days. I am sure many are in my situation. Nevertheless, I have done my part in persuading friends to donate who had no knowledge of the go fund me. Spread the word to your friends and the effort will keep growing. “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”
But as I mentioned to someone else, the best advertising is word of mouth.
Pretty much all 63 million of us have already had quite enough money taken by the government, and we want the "contributions" taken already to be used for the wall. Just because Pelosi and Schumer don't want it to go for the wall, doesn't mean that we do not.
With my donation it is not a question of past tense DID. My donations have been and will be ongoing. Once is not enough in my book because I BELIEVE in the project and must work within my BUDGET as many thinking people do.
It is also none of your business what my total donation will be.
Sorry but Coke doesn’t spend Millions on marketing every year because it doesn’t have word of mouth.
Talk radio and news and even social media doesn’t break you out of a certain demographic.
Hate to break this reality to you, but preaching to any choir is not the same as addressing the entire public, and not every Trump voter, let alone every American, or wall supporter listens to talk radio, or consumes the news or even social media.
Word of mouth may be fine to keep a business afloat, but it is the slowest way known to get your message to the most people. You are welcome to speak to any marketing professional if you like, and you will find your claim to be foolhearty.
20 million plus in less than a month with no active marketing is insanely good... the passive marketing it’s getting will keep it growing by a few million a week or so now that the initial news bump has faded, but it will take it a long time to get to $5 Billion with no active marketing, dispite your belief otherwise.
