I have no interest in these.

But I am quite interested in Alita Batte Angel. The lead character happens to be a girl, but that’s not the point. The big question is: what does it mean to be human? That’s a decent question and does not have anything to do with SJW concerns.

SJW are guilty of the crime of being boring.

I’ll go see Captain Marvel; only because I’m a Marvel fan since I was a kid, 50+ years ago.

I dunno about Star Trek. Was never a big Star Trek fan.

“They” said the young Han Solo movie was full of Leftwing crap to the point I wasn’t going to pay to see it.

Later I watched it for free on a airlines flight—both me and my 18 y.o. son—and we both liked it and noted we didn’t see any of the supposed SJW/Leftard elements in it.

So sometimes people over exaggerate that aspect.

Like so much in today’s culture, conservatives learn to tune it out or ignore it.

Star trek discovery is made for those who wish to boldly pay where no man has paid before.

I don’t know what to say about Captain Marvel, but Star Trek Discovery is for SJW types and diehard trekkies who would watch a fish tank if it had a Star Trek background.

You can’t call Star Trek or Star Wars science fiction anymore. They’re social justice fiction that explores gender orientation and skin color. Boldly going where no one wants to go.

A dystopian vision of leftist SJW’s who will always have the mentality and emotional well being of a 13 yo girl.

Can you imagine the sheer hell on earth that would be for anyone? No need to imagine it any longer. A high percentage of Millennials are living it. I just hope Gen X doesn’t follow in their footsteps. We would have a nation of cisgender paintie sharing.

I outgrew superhero movies a long time ago,
while Star Trek: Discovery is made for feminist
snowflakes and beta-males.

Real men watched the reboot of Battlestar Galactica.
What real women watch, I haven’t a clue.

Star Trek: Discovery is STD <- yep
Awful show with an angry women who caused a war with the Klingons yet gets promoted. No warp drive but stupid spoor drive... Not one character you like in the show. There are fans films done better but cbs exec Les Moonves who used women stopped new fan films from being made.

The show is made for liberals who want to destroy popular shows.

Captain Marvel comic pre-dates all the SJW stuff. Marvel tends to stick with their characters legacy, so I am not concerned.

I saw some new Star Trek trailer on Prime. As far as I could tell it was made by the Lifetime channel and stars Oprah.

Star Wars more than Star Trek: Rey is a Mary Sue.

Captain Marvel helps culminate a 22-film arc. It is safe.

Phase 4 is where Disney/Marvel may yet a backlash if they continue with the Solo-like propaganda.

With a skin-tight outfit like this, do you REALLY need help figuring out the target audience for this POS movie?

I guess they're pretty typical of millennial TV fare - what young people have become used to lately.

And fans who watch everything Star Trek will probably watch as well.
