I’d say you’re right. Hack Judges have overreached numerous times. I expect the blocking injunction to hit by the end of the week whether it’s “ripe” or not.

My understanding from reading various articles and Twitter posts from lawyers and other experts is that for a court to take a case, someone has to show "harm" being done. If all Trump has done is sign the declaration but nothing has been done yet, how can they be harmed?

The cases will be thrown out because they are not "ripe".
