So we must make it known: you ballot harvest, you will be arrested on the spot for vote fraud and tampering, and anyone who submits a ballot through ballot harvesting will also be charged with voter fraud, and their ballot is voided.

What I read a couple of months ago is that Obama and the organization he is running are busy getting people registered to vote. Are Republicans doing likewise?
When my Dad was in a nursing home a number of years back, people came in and took his vote. He had dementia, and so did everybody else on that floor. Guess what? He voted for Obama. When my Dad was in his right mind he was ultra Conservative.
So these people know what they are doing and they are organized.
How are you going to arrest them if it's legal?
The chain of custody is violated when ballots are able to be transported by any schmuck in a truck. Once ballots are out of the controlled hands of official agencies, they should become suspect and immediately destroyed. I have no doubt that democrats manufactured ballots in their “collection” activities.
