I think Fukishima did far more damage than that movie. The day before that Tsunami, the Operators of that plant would have enthusiastically lectured you endlessly about their advanced design, their multi-redundant safety systems, etc. Then the next day that sea level rise caused an uncontrolled melt down in their Reactors. At some point, no matter how carefully one plans, the “worst case” scenario inevitably arrives. The question is then, “Are we willing to accept the Worst Case Scenario”?
