I do...Liposomal Vt. "C"....it's easy and cheap, really.

You may or may not know...we give Vit "C" I.V. in hospitals....

Depending on who you talk to....Liposomal is as good or better than I.V. Vit. "C"....

You could look it all up....for your self...

I feel darn good doing it...myself.

I used to make my own Liposomal Vitamin C, then got a bit lazy and switched to Dr Mercola’s Liposomal Vit C caps.

Haha I use the formula you sent me. Easy to make and not expensive. I have more energy. Have had no side effects. But the taste is still a “ get it over with quickly” thing.
