How could the president obstruct justice when Mueller already knew Trump was not guilty of collusion (i.e., justice already having been served) when the obstruction supposedly occurred?
Somebody help me out with the Constitution citation by Mueller — where in the Constitution does it say that the particular action is “Unconstitutional”?
