There is no blackmail material. Graham is a willing co-conspirator, not an unwilling hostage.
The only reason he’s playing nice with Trump now is because he wants to avoid being indicted for conspiracy to arm al-Qaeda in Libya and Syria. He believes that if he’s nice to Trump, he’ll be left alone and remain a free man.
