Don Lemon has repeatedly used or enabled the Hitler reference on his shows. Jewish groups wrote to him more than a year ago that they found these comments offensive when Dem Rep Clayburn called Trump Hitler on his show. If someone says something offensive and you tell them it offends you, the decent thing to do is at least reign it in a bit. But not Lemon. He went on to use this same analogy several times over the next year, most recently he was on Chris Cuomo’s show and used the analogy as he explained how he felt Trump’s rhetoric is offensive and dangerous.

In other words, Lemon continued to offend people deliberately as he explained how offended he was. At least Cuomo had the decency to call him out on it - comparing a person who’s policies you don’t like to a genocidal maniac is over the edge of derangement. But more than that it is also dangerous. In the last year 2 Synagogues were shot up by Trump hating anti-Semites. In NYC, there is a 55% increase in attacks on Jews and Jewish places. Lemon says that Trump’s rhetoric is “dangerous” referring to himself as an African American - which I believe is categorically false - but Lemon is completely oblivious to the danger of diluting the absolute horror of the Nazi regime.

AOC is another matter - she is still a total ditz. But when called out on her comments she became even more strident.

It is not at all a coincidence that these comments were uttered by two hacks on the exact same day Trump launched his 2020 re-election bid. This is a coordinated effort by partisan hacks to malign Trump. They even trotted out a series of experts to defend their comments. The Democrats are throwing the Jewish community under the bus in the effort to slander Trump. They have made it clear by these comments and the comments by Omar and others in Congress that the effort to slander and libel the POTUS with false and offensive analogies is more important than the opinion of the Jewish American community - which supports the Dems by a greater than 2:1 margin.

Keep in mind that this all ties right into Hillary’s “deplorables” strategy. I never saw the wisdom in insulting the voters when you’re trying to win their votes but that is what she did. And now, the Dems are doubling down on stupid - they are effectively calling Trump supporters Nazis and Brownshirts by drawing these analogies. I won’t even bother explaining how they are actually, factually, wrong, immoral and hypocritical on these issues of the day - it is enough to just note that these are not random this is a campaign strategy. I can’t believe even mainline Dems would want to vote for people who don’t think twice about offending people and dividing the country in the most stark terms - probably since the Civil War. The Dems were on the wrong side of that one, too.

The Dems are totally off the rails. They have accomplished nothing and want to advance nothing other than to deny Trump anything that would be perceived as a policy victory. Personally I think this is all a losing strategy - but they think it will work for them.

I would house them in tent cities. Good enough for our troops good enough for illegals. Don’t like it, don’t come here.
