Election meddling is an understatement. If impeached the Senate can convict and remove from Office - then has the option to also disqualify from any further Office. This is their dream, as the reality is they know he will win in 2020 so they are doing all they can to make that impossible. They want to deny the people a choice just as in California they made a primary system that eliminates Republicans being on the ballot for many Congressional seats.
