Better than plain old drop-outs. Last paragraph says...

So that sounds like a great thing that the kids are doing.

Yeah but then they’re not “non-completers” really.

They went and did what they intended to.

Wasn’t there a phrase for students like that once?

I have a BS and 2 associates degrees. I now take and facilitate OLLI classes. I have taken numerous classes at community college, primarily software without going for another degree.
