Thank God my wife & I (we’re both vets) are adequately insured. Our few trips to the local VA following retirement were not helpful.
Anyone who does go there should imagine that there is a huge sign in the waiting area, “ALL JOKES WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!”
Wasn’t asked about guns but I know they regard Vietnam vets as hair trigger crazy like the 1970’s stereotype villains on Mannix & SWAT.
