This matter has moved far, far beyond questions of “legal authority”.

Congress has legal authority to remove the President under certain circumstances.

When they remove THIS President, it will be most unclear whether or not those circumstances have been proven or even alleged in a coherent way.

This will cause dissension among the men with the guns, and then, who knows what happens.

So no one has the legal authority to kibosh a rogue and criminal congress
except for “a well armed militia?” Im hoping we’re not yet at that point, for if so, the nukes of all countries will end up being tested.
