Correct. This is just more excuses for the do-nothing GOP Congress to continue doing nothing of substance to support POTUS.

Right now the GOP in the House should be insisting the GOP controlled Senate assist them in gathering facts of the ongoing coup against a GOP POTUS. That the GOP Congress is not using its powers to do that makes them co-conspirators in the coup and nothing less.
