Seems to me that in todays litigous society, this ad could be cause for all the ‘old’ gray beards/heads etc to sue for discrimination.
Of course the few grays that manage to infiltrate what is left of my hair, I just declare them to be brown.
If one can ‘choose’ their gender or race, why can’t I say whatever I declare my hair color is, it is.
ANYTHING to make the job ‘easier’ for ID or traffice stops.
If you don’t ‘feel’ you are born in 1939, just tell DMV you were born in 1959 because that is the way you ‘feel’.
WHO is anyone to tell what YOU are???? or aren’t????
