Those photos appear to be of two different children. The face-on photo has copious curly, wavy hair; while the side view is less full, non wavy and even brownish up on top. Someone is peddling BS here!

The one on the left has him in a hospital outfit, probably shortly after birth. The one on the right may be from some time later.
