Not only will they use this for surveillence, but they will also use it to tax you per mile driven, and if you get between two points too quickly, they will issue you a speeding ticket automatically. They are already doing this in certain section of highways on the east coast.
lol...perhaps, but they won't need to time you. They've already begun mounting speed cameras in around 50 communities across the nation.
