While Horowitz “did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that political bias or improper motivation influenced the decisions to open the four individual investigations” he was completely unable to explain how 17 "errors and omissions" could all work against Trump. WTactualF !?!

While Horowitz “did not find documentary or testimonial evidence I know that there is a definition of “evidence” that requires it to be something accepted into the testimony in a court case. That had to be the definition used by the Clintons for the many times they said “there is no evidence ... “. Are there further special definitions for the words modifying evidence here: “documentary or testimonial”? If so what are they?
