My original choice was Cruz. But I am so glad Trump got elected. How egotistical can someone actually working for him be not to realize how right he has been? He was right on China. He’s right about the swamp and the press. He is doing great things for ordinary people, unlike the previous Republicans. He is doing a wonderful job in the current crisis.

I have run into this problem with academics. They think that because they have some competence in one thing, usually something not practical, that they are superior to everyone. They are like the boss who, since the job is done by a specialist in his department, feels that he knows as much about it as the specialist. This is how managers over promise because they know the work can be done, but not what it takes to get it done. Academics are lucky they don’t have to survive in the wild without a place to use their credit cards.

Yep. THEY ARE CALLED DOCTOR, so you better be respectful. Like the Director-General of the WHO. He IS NOT an MD. He’s a PhD In ‘Community Health’ who was heavily supported for the job by Xi Jianping (sp?). He should be booted ASAP.

Not JUST the academia. Any company with a research branch with tons of Ph.D.’s, you get the same problem.

But, it’s not only just their degrees.

In cases after cases with anything remotely connected to politics/politicians, it is also WHO you know, who you are connected with (many times, married to), who you heavily $$$$ donated to, etc. etc.

And thus we have a Ph.D. in art history, through the connection to Ted Cruz, as No. 2 spot on Trump’s National Security Council. And because WH doesn’t want to upset Cruz, a Republican ally, by openly admitting their turn coat, and Victoria Coates awaits new assignment.

Me too.

I dumped Cruz the night of the Chicago riots when he pissed down Trump's leg.

I sent $100 to Trump that night and sent an email to Cruz demanding all of my donations to be returned...Ha.
