My impression is that the virus circulated along the commuter train, subway and NYC bus lines. 130 miles NE of NYC is probably at least 50 miles distant from any of those lines. The second identified NY state patient was a Jewish lawyer in Westchester who commuted daily to an office near Grand Central.
