It's that bad and worse, they actually dispose of Republican leaning precincts votes in the trash and then double count the democrat votes. The counting is done by hyper partisan democrat activists here in California. I'm sure the same schemes are employed in Washington, Oregon, NY, and New Jersey too, and it will become the norm for all states when vote-by-mail is forced onto us.
This has to be stopped by whatever means necessary or we'll never win another national election.

Pelosi to the mail service: “Hey guys, don’t forget who brought that extra money to you. It would be a shame if ballots from republican districts got lost in the mail somewhere.”
