I predict some “maskers” are going to be beaten like baby seals. It’s coming. This will be a survival thing. All I know is bad public policy begets bad public reactions.
Maybe not quite that level, but I read an interesting message exchange on the NextDoor app the other day. Keep in mind I'm undercover in an insanely liberal section of an ultra-liberal State.
The weather over the weekend happened to turn just flat out perfect on Saturday. As you might expect, people got the hell out of their hovels in droves and hit the parks and bike paths.
Some virtue signaling nutball (a middle-age female 5+ cat type) felt compelled to go on Nextdoor and post a complaint about encountering some people without masks. Masks, by the way, are "recommended", but not "required" in this city. She wrote how she got into an argument with some yutes over them not wearing masks and how she was appalled by runners and bikers not wearing masks where SHE was walking.
Someone actually commented back saying you can't really dictate to other people what to do (shocking!!) and perhaps she should avoid the parks at busy times of day if she's so overly concerned. Surprisingly, others actually chimed in and supported his post!!! Huzzah!
If cracks like this are appearing in a moonbat stronghold, there is hope for the country as a whole.
