Wonder if they were smart enough to block the drainage first or are they just going to clog the sewers with mulch so they can get more taxpayer money later to clean out.
My wife’s derelict grandfather lived near there. They take redneck individualism to a completely new level down there. I can’t wait to see the response.

I wonder if they do the same with outdoor basketball courts....Ours are locked up if fenced, and the hoops have been removed from unfenced courts. Can't even go out for a solo shootaround. I've played recreation basketball 2-4 times most weeks for about 40 years and am suffering withdrawal!
