No door has been thrown wide open. White, male Republicans have always fair game for any kind of shaming, body or other.
So, if anyone thinks Pelosi’s comment about President Trump’s weight somehow opens the door to commenting on Stacy Abrams’ weight - think again.
She is a black, female Democrat - a completely different political correctness standard applies.

Just to be clear, Morbidly Obese means you are at least 100 pounds overweight.
I can’t imagine what POTUS Trump would look like if he lost 100 pounds.
