Let me get this straight, Antifa or whoever has hijacked city blocks? Calling it an autonomous zone, Isn’t that considered an invasion or insurrection?
And, has been pointed out on this forum many times, the President is in a bit of a bind on this. If he does nothing, but lets the local and state governments handle it (which they refuse to do), he looks weak. If he does what he has threatened to do and sends in federal troops, he looks like a heavy-handed dictator, which -of course- the Demonrats will use to their advantage.
It almost seems that the best way to end this is if armed citizens marched in there en masse and took care of business themselves, then handed the area back to the city. The problem is that I don't know that you could find that many armed conservatives over here that are mad enough to get out and do something about this. I'm sure you could import some from Eastern Washington and other places, but I'm not sure they'd want to go.
Trump is President. Therefore the focus must be on how "bad" he is. Therefore no "bad" video can come out of any Democrat-run city, which is practically all of them. Since video cameras are no ubiquitous, any police action against the mob will generate "bad" video. Therefore, the mob gets what it wants.
It appears that the populations of these cities are OK with this.
