Sell mutual funds. Maybe you could still own some walmart. Maybe buy a rent house or two. (Hard assets). We’ll probably sell the high end suburb house and move permanently to the in the middle of nowhere, low tax base, red county, ranch house. It is set up to be self sufficient

Divest from small companies. Invest in large companies that do high dividends.
Why? For all the talk the Dims say about bringing down the big corporations, instead they make it harder for the small corporations so that only the really large ones can flourish.
