Rather than try and paint over it, too bad there wasn’t something that could be easily poured onto the street that would eat away at the paint.
Someone should have rented an asphalt sealer truck and sprayed that crap overnight.No one would have known about it.
Martin Senour Paints used to sell Paint Blitz in gallon cans, ate paint right off. Sold it from the NAPA store.
